Journey to Self Empowerment Certificate

Using Guided Meditation and visual imagery techniques (ISET), this course allows you to discover your infinite nature and embark on a journey towards self empowerment. The course provides a great opportunity for you to create positive change in your life and in the lives of the people around you. Due to the practical nature of this course, it is very common for students to experience healing and change at the spiritual level resulting in an increased sense of well being and self awareness. Most participants comment that their whole way of thinking about their world has changed after completing this course.

Course Outline

i) Module One – Understanding your spiritual nature

In this first module we look at understanding who we are, our belief systems and discover the reasons behind the life choices we make. We explore the concept of negative and positive energies and learn the art of spiritual protection. We look at past life connections and their relevance to today. Connection between yourself and your family and incidental meetings

ii) Module Two – Metaphysical connections

We look at how we can release the past and move forward with a more positive approach. We explore the concept of spiritual guidance and you have an opportunity to meet one of your spirit guides through a guided meditation.

iii) Module Three – Healing Energies & Spiritual Healing

We look at healing energies – their purpose and use? We learn about the Chakras- colour, emotion and energy. You get to experience a chakra balance using colour and healing energies. We look at our emotional reality and using the healing energies to control pain. Practical experience with surrogate healing of physical, emotional and spiritual conditions.

iv) Module Four – Metaphysical Reality

Exploring our infinite energies – positive and negative. We will discover any part of our infinite nature that has allowed any negative energy or entity to become attached to or influence us. We will also explore where this influence has occurred in things, places and events

v) Module Five – Channelling for Growth

What is channelling? Preparing to channel and formulating the right question to obtain the relevant answer. We look at how you can channel your higher consciousness using Chakras as a focus. We learn about different forms of channelling and have the opportunity to experiment in an area that you feel comfortable. We explore the concept of auras learn how to draw the auras of others, recognising their different energies and qualities for different people. We look at different levels of channelling – light, medium & trance.

vi) Module Six – Healing Metaphysically

Experience healing physical or spiritual disharmony with colour. Finding and recognising the origins of disharmony. Locating past life memories locked into the physical. Putting the healing tools together, colour, healing energies, surrogacy and past life memories.

ISET Methodology Certificate

This course is designed for people who are already qualified practitioners and would like to obtain another effective tool that they can utilise within their existing modality. ISET (Integrated Self Empowerment Therapy) uses the secret language of the mind through guided meditation and visual imagery techniques to change negative belief systems and learned behaviour patterns that have created illness, emotional disturbances and life fulfilment frustrations.

Who should do this course?

a) People who already work on a physical and/or energetic level such as massage therapists, aromatherapists, Reiki instructors, Reflexologists and numerous other modalities

b) Counsellors, psychologists, psychotherapists and life coaches etc who would like to have another very effective tool at their disposal.

Pre Requisites

Course Outline

i) Power of the mind – 2 days

We investigate the three levels of consciousness and how these relate with each other and the effects on your behaviour, attitude and belief systems. We look at how the mind works and how we can influence that. We explore creating an altered state of consciousness in order to access the sub conscious and unconscious.

ii) Visual Images – 2 days

We learn some of the images that can be utilised to help people create change. We explore the concept of using bookends to give you a benchmark to work from.

iii) Understanding the Power of thought - 2 days

We look at the importance of semantics, images, personal reality and how to use thought power to create positive change. We learn how to use language in the most effective way possible.

iv) ISET Applications – 2 days

We look at how you can develop and use your intuitive abilities to assist in the healing process and we begin to look at how you can apply ISET within your own modality.

v) Elective subject- choose either; – 2 days

- Touch for Health Kinesiology or

- Past Life Connections

vi) Practical Component – Case Studies

You are required to complete 6 case studies which are written up and de briefed with a facilitator.

vii) Written Presentation

You are required to write and present on The applications of ISET with reference to your own modality
